All new clients are provided with our full Terms and Conditions of Engagement before commencement of work.
9²5 are committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and we provide a full Confidentiality Agreement as part of our Terms and Conditions of Engagement.
We are also more than happy to sign client’s standard company Confidentiality Agreement.
One off Projects
- New clients are required to make a full/part payment in advance.
- Extra work will be charged at an agreed rate.
- Settlement of payment is requested within seven days of invoicing.
- Payment may be made by cheque or BACS.
- Credit card facilities are available and a small administration fee is applied.
- Late payments incur an additional charge of 20%.
Retainer Packages
Clients are invoiced monthly or as otherwise stated in our Terms and Conditions of Engagement. The first retainer payment must be paid in advance, prior to commencement of work. Extra work is charged at an agreed rate.
We require written authorization to proceed with work, accepting our terms and conditions. Authorization is accepted by either the client returning a signed copy of our Terms and Conditions of Engagement or an email to proceed.
We provide a fully itemised quote before commencement.
